Application stating the required financing amount and accompanied by the following documents need to be submitted by the promoters/ lead arranger.

• Feasibility Report on the project;
• Sponsor’s Profile and existing Business Profile if any;
• Income Statement & Balance Sheet of the company and its sister concerns (if any);
• CIB Undertakings.
• Other information and documents as require by SABINCO.
• Updated Liability position of any outstanding liabilities with other financial institutions.

 

Required time for processing a financing proposal depends on nature of the project, timely submission of supporting information by the sponsors, necessity of conducting field based study/independent assessment, arrangement of Co-finance etc. However, in case of a matured project proposal, SABINCO can provide quick decision.
